Project objective

The project aims at increasing the security of air cargo while increasing - or at least maintaining - the efficiency of the value-adding operative activities within the air freight business. The main focus in the project is not on the development and implementation of additional technical components but rather on processual and organizational measures with respect to economic aspects. The project is based on a process-oriented approach which takes into account the overall transport process chain with all involved stakeholders and actors.
